is it possible that the guy that God has intended for you as a spouse in the future, that even tho you are only friends now, but that you can feel he is struggling spiritually,....i do not no why i have that feeling but it just seems like there is something and he is struggling with something. like i said we are only friends. nothing more. but in my heart there is more...

All I can suggest to to pray about it. Someone, I think Clare, said that sometimes praying for a particular guy isn't always a good idea because you get attached... which I think is true. Also, as women we tend to connect by sharing our problems and stuff, but we don't really have to be that kind of friend to a guy, we can just be fun friends, and I've found that to be probably the healthiest way to be a friend to a guy!

yeah I think that was my Adelynn!! haha Let me share something with you Jess...there was this guy I met and we connected instantly. For various reasons we quit talking and we both dated someone else. I really missed the other guy and at times would feel strong urges to pray for him. After 9 months I met him around town and we started talking and hanging out. He told me during the last year he would feel at times he KNEW I was praying for him. We really liked each other...so many many things seemed to point to this being THE match...it turned out to be the worst, most hurtful, painful relationship of my life. Tot he point of my brother and a few guy friends threatening him with guns! My point here...even though you really like him and all, doesn't mean it's going to work out. I don't believe there is only one person ever out there you could marry and love. It's a choice of two people choosing to love and commit and God works the rest! This guy you like, do you have the same faith?? that's a Biggy! And it's ok to pray for him, but don't if you are praying with the thought in your mind "he could be the one" and that can be hard :p
