Alright Ive been friends with this one girl for about two years now, weve known each other through high school. We were like best friends. However at the end of last year she got a boy friend. Him and I kinda know each other. The only problem now though is that she wont talk to me ever and if she does she kinda treats me like crap . I cant figure out what went wrong or caused this or even how to fix this. Ive tried talking to her but it never gets anywhere. Im wondering if it has to do with the fact that she has a boy freind now, even though this has never happened before. Any ideas or help?

Heya, I'm guessing you're new I know exactly what you're thinking, cuz I'm actually in the same boat with my best guy friend (I think I have atopic about it a few down from yours...) It's most likely because she has a boyfriend, and maybe it feels akward talking to you because her new guy is the only guy she feels she should be thinking about?? I'm not sure... I know that alot of the time with friendships where a guy and a girl are great friends and one or both get a gf/bf that they grow apart... My old best guy friend in highschool got a gf, and she doesn't mind me and we were friends, but my relationship with the guy was never the same... and I didn't even likelike him, so yeah... Atm I can't think of anything else, if I do I'll reply again hope this helped a little, if you have more questions feel free to ask

Yea im new haha howd you guess? Anyways though, that makes some sense with wats going on but im not sure if i mentioned this before, but she flirts with other guys like hardcore behind his back, so it makes this whole situation kinda confusing. So im not sure if its something else or possibly something i did. Im not sure, i dont think i did anything to make her angry cause it all just happened all of a sudden. But idk where its going to go.

Maybe in her heart she knows what she's doing and knows you know what she's up to and she feels guilty around you? It's so hard to say what could be going on in someone else's mind It could be a million reasons. I knew this guy like all my life and he really liked me. We changed churches and I seldom saw him though I knew he really missed me. then like a year later he started dating this girl. I wanted to assure him I wasn't holding any feelings for him and that I was happy for him ( ok I was angry for a few days) so I texted him and said I heard he was dating and I hope it all goes well. That text made him so furious! (He still flirted with every girl) I texted him like 3 times in a year and he never would answer back. I gave up that we would ever be freinds again and a year later he broke up and texted me. Talk about confusion! I gave him a thing or two to think about, but we got all the hard feelings, confusion, and anger settled and now we are really good friends again. Umm I forgot what my point was with that...hate it when I do that...I think I was going to say that you and I are in the same spots. I just had to sit back for two years and wait for him to come around. I will say that we both made it real clear we don't want to date eachother. That would be like a cat and dog fight! But we are best friends again.

i just wanted to put in my two cents... if she treats you like crap just b.c of a new boyfriend, just back off for a while. if she ever needs you or whatever just be there for her, and i know it will be hard.. but it will be for the best

Not really, I mean we've been friends for a while so there is some feelings. But nothing really strong or deep
