Just out of curiosity, what college do you go to or are looking at?
I go to Adelphi University in NY.

Well, Last year I went to "Excel School Of Performing Arts" (Certificate level) It's a tertiary institute. So I've got a Certificate of Performance, Majoring in Dance... (I can teach dance for a living etc...) I may go to Auckland University next year, but I donno. I wanna study somewhere, just not sure what my best option is...

Turn up the music
Turn it up loud
Take a few chances
Let it all out
'Cause you won't regret it
Lookin' back from where you have been
'Cause it's not who you knew
And it's not what you did
It's how you live

Baylor University (Waco, TX)
or
Patrick Henry College (Purcellville, VA)
Currently I take a few classes as a HS senior at University of Maine at Augusta... but yeah... not going there, unless God seriously messes with my plans.

Most of the nearly two billion children in the developing world have inadequate access to dinosaurs. Some receive no paleontology training at all. One in three has never even seen a dinosaur in person.

OVPC is an organization providing a means to an end - an end that sees children in even the most remote regions of the globe being given the motivation and adrenaline to tap into their own potential, identify with the survival needs of a global dinosaur-driven culture, and to contribute to a paleontological world community.

I'm a senior in high school. I will be going to Samford University next fall. It's in Birmingham, Alabama. I plan to double major in Religion and Philosophy and minor in Communications Studies. I was called into the ministry, and I want to be a preacher, but God will direct my life wherever He pleases.

God is HUGE, and he loves me.

I'm a senior in high school and I think I'll take a year off and see what God's leading me to do. But I'm really looking into The Art Institute of Indianapolis.

I'm planning on attending West Point to make a career out of the Army, then hopefully retire around mid-40s and then do evangelical or missions work the rest of my life.

sounds like you've got your whole life planned out there. just be sure not to map out your entire life and ask God to work around that. Remember that He's the center of your life.

sounds like cool subjects. idk if this will help but someone told me that when you go to choose a major, pick something that you are passionate about. whatever you drive your friends and family crazy with because you talk about it so much is what you should major in. i forget who said that to me but it was said at one of the many college things i went to last year. maybe it was at a portfolio critique put on by a local museum.

fortunately you have time on your side to dip your feet into various subjects. when you go to school next year, don't do all academic classes, take electives that you are interested in. also try some classes in subjects that you might not have taken otherwise. freshman year of college isn't 13th grade.

well based on that advice i would probably go for something more artistic i have been leaning toward graphic design kinda thing like inquire that into marketing as a design director or something but we'll see i like to try new things so who knows what will come up

I just got my acceptance letter to West Point!! Woo!!

I pray that God will use my experience there to not only make me a stronger Christian but allow me to do His work as best as I can.
