ok...this may be a dumb question but what exacatly IS flirting?? I have this guy friend that teases me all the time! and I tease him back...but..i dont like him or anything...I'm just doin it as a friend...I idk if he is or not...but all my friends were tellin me to quit flirting with him..and i'm rly not meaning to!!!!! |

I dont really have a 100% answer on this, but like for me, It would be (from a girl) Smiling alot, laughing at stupid things they do to try and be funny (but i general, I do this even when I dont likelike a guy, cuz i just laugh at stupid stuff...) Talking really loud when you're near. or getting all quiet and possibly staring, or glancing and looking away.
From a guy... maybe always trying to talk to you, doing stupid things to impress you, teasing you, sneaking up on you??
It's hard to tell though...
btw, when guys tease you, they do it cuz they like you but when a girl teases them cuz she likes you, guys get all upset. they expect us not to get upset, but then they get upset. It's not really fair!
But yeah, what you're doing can be taken as flirting, but I've been in that position and I was teasing the guy cuz he annoyed me and I hated it when he teased me, so I teased him back... |

| I'm kinda like you...I laugh at stupid things everyone does!! lol. thats just the way I am..But we do tease each other like all the time...like always trying to make each others legs buckle... Thats an on going thing..lol. and honesty, for me, its just friendly teasing..I just dont want him or anyone else to take it the wrong way.... |

i kind of have the same problem as you, live your life (do you have a name, so i can call you that instead? :]).
anyway, so one of my closest guy friends likes my closest girl friend but she has no idea whatsoever. he chats online with me (usually about her but we've chatted about plenty of other things) ALL the time (like every other day, if not every single day usually). i think some of my friends (including my friend that he likes) are getting the idea that he likes me (i've told them we don't like each other) because we chat so much and he'll basically only come up and talk to me when he comes to church. he's a great guy, very strong Christian and all, but i don't like him one bit! he's 17 now, i think only a couple months older than me. funny thing is, i actually like his older brother, who's a year and 9 months older.
i don't exactly have a question, just wanted to let you know that i'm going through something very similar. because the 17 year old that likes my friend is all in a fuss that he'll never get my friend. and i'm wondering if his older brother likes me (i have the gut feeling, but of course he hasn't told me yet, and i ain't letting him know til he tells me first).
i know that was a novel, but i had to vent to somebody! none of my girl friends know, yet. :p |

I think my friends may hav got the hint that I dont like him...but i'm not to sure! lol. Its weird tho, cuz hes like the only guy I do that to!! Besides my cuzins of course! Its just I actually feel like i'm flirting wen I do it to any other guy...Idk why its dif w/ him...but it just is! Does that make any sense at all?? Grin. Btw...my names Lacolle.Cole 4 short tho:} And its ok...you hav to vent sometime! Cant hold all that in 4 2 long! lol. And it might as well be to someone you ttly understands that!! Which I do!!  |
